The John and Pat Hume Foundation are proud to announce that the “Making Hope and History Rhyme” event taking place on Tuesday the 18th April 2023 at 5pm in the Guildhall, Derry/Londonderry will be live streamed on our Hume Foundation youtube channel.
The event is a tribute to John Hume and David Trimble and will include music, poetry and reflections from Neil Hannon, from Divine Comedy, singer Roe, Tim Wheeler, from the band ASH, actress Bronagh Gallagher, the distinguished composer and musician Phil Coulter and the Ulster University Choir. We will also have a keynote address from the 42nd President of the United States, President William Jefferson Clinton.
Representatives from the Hume and Trimble family will also be participating in the event.
